What Is Acro Dance?

Our Acro Classes in Colchester

All classes take place in our safe, fully equipped Jesters Studio in Colchester:

🌟 Mini Tumblers (Ages 3–4)

Wednesdays at 1:45pm
A fun and imaginative introduction to acrobatics for preschoolers. Children learn coordination, balance, and simple tumbling skills.

🤸 Acro Juniors (Ages 4–8)

Wednesdays at 4:15pm
Perfect for school-age children, this class builds confidence while developing flexibility, core strength, and safe basic acrobatic moves — all in a friendly and supportive environment.

💫 Acro (Ages 8–18)

Tuesdays at 6:30pm
For older students who want to enhance their dance technique or explore acrobatics more deeply. This class works on advanced tricks, balance work, flexibility, and performance skills.
